Workshop in Green Bay!!

Hello to all!

I've opened registration for the January 15-16 Step workshop in Green Bay, Wisconsin!!! On Saturday, we'll be going over everything a Step instructor needs to know to provide a fun, safe, and professional Step class. This is a full day of instruction. On Sunday morning, we'll be concentrating on breakdowns -- one of the most difficult and confusing aspects of teaching Step. Finally, on Sunday afternoon I'll be teaching a Master Class open to all who might be interested!!!!

One more week until the Virginia workshop!

There's just one more week to sign up for the October 23-24 workshops at the Life Time Fitness in Centreville, Virginia. This 1-1/2 days of workshops will earn you 9.75 AFAA CEUs or 1.0 ACE CECs for only $135. I'll be teaching a master class on Saturday and Sunday that is open only to Life Time Fitness members and workshop participants.
