I'm planning a fun weekend of talking about Step and how to make your classes fun, safe, and a rockin' workout!! You'll learn everything you need to teach a professional-level breakdown and we'll be generating a lot of choreography together, along with its breakdown. You'll leave with an arsenal of choreography and techniques that will fill your classes to capacity, and bring those participants back week after week! Workshops provide ACE and AFAA CECs!!

Workshop Choreography
Hi everyone!
The following video shows the choreography that my workshop participants created at my Green Bay workshop. We actually created more choreography than this, but we looked at all of it and decided that these 3 combinations would make a great one-hour class. This exercise was part of the "Choreography Development" segment of my workshop. Later on, as part of the "Breakdowns" segment of the workshop, we all developed a beautiful breakdown for this material.
I am more than happy to hear from you if you feel your gym would be a good host site for one of my workshops. If you are a group fitness coordinator or department head, please contact me about the possibility of hosting a workshop at your facility.

New Workshop Weekend Scheduled - Pennsylvania!
I've got a new workshop scheduled in Bath, Pennsylvania (near Allentown). The workshop will be held on April 30-May 1st, at Back in Action Fitness. I'll be teaching my "Secrets for Teaching Step" workshop on Saturday, and "Break It Down Like a Pro" on Sunday. Then, I'll lead a Master Class on Sunday at 12:15 p.m., open to all.
