Now that the holidays are over, I'm getting back to business! If you are interested in attending my workshop in Green Bay, Wisconsin on January 15-16, please register ASAP at my website, www.stepjunkie.com. Western Racquet and Fitness Club is hosting the workshop, and I'll be teaching a master class on Sunday, January 16th at 12:15 p.m. for anyone who's interested. There is an entrance fee of $10 for Western Racquet members and $15 for non-members. I'd love to have you at the workshop AND the master class, and you can earn 1.1 ACE credits and 10.5 AFAA credits for the weekend.
If you think your club would be a good host site for a future workshop, please visit my website and send me a note. I am now booking dates for the entire year.
