Intermediate Step, Dec. 3, 2007

Hi Guys,

Here's my latest Intermediate-level routine. Choreography notes are below the video. If you like the choreography, please click the ad at the bottom, and the advertiser will pay me. Thanks! Also, please note that I don't have any control over what ad is placed on my video so I hope it's not offensive to anyone!

Choreography: (3 64-ct blocks)

Knee-Jack-Knee (this is a variation of a 3-knee repeater, with all knees on top) (8)
10-count revolve (10)
Alternating Stomps (6)
Chasse over & back again (8) *optional is to chasse and swivel to revolve the move
4 Squats going over and coming home, then 1 squat & rock back, knee exit. Repeat for 32 counts.

Reverse up, 3 hamstrings on top (8). Again, this is a variation of a hamstring repeater, with all hamstrings on top. You don't have to reverse up if you don't want to (they can all face the front).
Pulse-lunge, switch, hamstring x2. This is built from 4 alternating rear lunges. (12)
1 V-step, or jump onto stop into a squat. (4)
Abduct, x2 (8)
L-Step (use any variation you want) (8)
1 Hamstring, 1 Elvis, crossover on top, and exit (8). The base move for this is 2 basics.
Tap Wide, x2 (8)
Shuffle & drag (4)
Cut the corner (4)

Mambo off the end (4)
1 knee (4) *optional freeze (see near the end of the video for the freeze option).
Mambo off the other end (4)
Go Across the long way (4)
Basic on the end (4) *optional - do 4 heels on the end (see end of video for demo)
Repeater Knee, exit at home (8)
1 kick (4)
Lunge for 6, exit front (16)
Glute Flye Over, Pivot 360 (8)
Double knee, Jazz Square (8) - This is yet another option on a repeater knee.

Enjoy! Feel free to ask questions.
