I have received a few requests for this breakdown, so I dutifully taped the breakdown today. Look for it in a few days. How long is "a few days," you ask? I have no idea! I'm spending my day (it seems) creating a new Advanced class for tomorrow (with its breakdown). I taped a bunch more routines today, too: 1 easy intermediate, 1 hard intermediate, and one advanced, so stay tuned! Thanks for all the nice comments.
