This one is an easy intermediate routine. The second time I run it, you can see 3 different repeaters from the first time through, and a couple of other slight variations on some of the moves. However, I try to keep the variations simple enough for newer steppers to be able to at least try them out without getting flustered. My easy intermediate routines tend to be more repetetive to give newer steppers a feeling of success, while enabling the veterans to get a good cardio workout and put in their own variations if they want to. Enjoy!
